At Rabens Saloner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all online orders. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all brand tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
